Let's Celebrate the 40th Anniversary

Rosalea--that's me, is looking for musicians who would like to put on a huge show the first weekend in May 2008 in Harper, KS.* This should be a great time of celebration to STEP BACK IN TIME-1968 and remember the good ole days, and to help raise a few bucks to restore this significant historic structure that impacted the whole social core of the prairies. Because of the chronic years of vandalism and downright violence towards me that cut off an income stream, the building now needs stabilizing (back wall is starting to "move"), restored windows, new plumbing/bathrooms and fresh decor....and it will open again as a B & B for sharing peaceful, good times as we all rock into the hereafter! (Then it was ROCK music--today it is ROCKing chairs!) But it is perfect for a STEP BACK IN TIME-1968! The Balmer Fund, a nonprofit organization., now owns the hotel. It also owns two large vacant lots that could acommodate tents and crowds.)
